Cafe: Café is a 24 hour restaurant located at pool level of Hotel Hyatt Regency Delhi. A waterfall, located in the lobby, adds to the freshness of the environment. It offers an elaborate buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. An à la carte menu is also available. A show kitchen at the far end of the restaurant prepares and serves hot kebabs, rotisserie meats and pasta preparations à la minute. It is well known for its frequently hosted international food festivals.

Delhi Ka Aangan: The Indian restaurant located in the lobby, serves traditional Delhi cuisine which is an amalgam of four popular cuisines namely Bania, Kayastha, Muslim and Mughal.
