About Madhuban

Located in a quiet and posh residential area of Jaipur, just 1 km. away from the Railway Station, Bus Stand and the old city of Jaipur. Madhuban is the family home of the erstwhile family of Patan; an ancient state which lies about 70 miles northeast of Jaipur.

Rao Digvijay Singh Patan and family have opened their house "Madhuban" to guests who would like to experience the real Rajasthan and enjoy traditional Rajput hospitality.

While renovating, great care was taken to ensure that the property retained its original character. The tastefully furnished and well appointed rooms have all modern amenities. Antique furniture, traditional Rajasthani frescoes and the use of traditional fabrics ensure that the rooms still retain their old world charm. The food is cooked in the family kitchen and guests can enjoy fresh home cooked food in the frescoed dining room.
